Shipping and returns

What it costs, how long it takes, and what we do if a jar arrives in less than perfect condition.

Shipping

Orders are packed by hand and usually ship within two to three working days. Standard shipping within the United States is a flat $6.95, and is complimentary on orders over $75. Amber glass travels well but is heavy, so everything is wrapped carefully. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Returns

If a jar arrives damaged, or is not what you hoped for, write to us within 30 days and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. Because these are cosmetics made in small batches, we can only accept returns of jars that are unopened and unused. Return shipping is on us when the fault is ours.
